A witch reads a grimoire by candlelight in a gothic study, a raven perched on a skull beside her, while a pale vampire in a long coat watches from a foggy moonlit cemetery beyond the arched window

Supernatural AI roleplay Invite it in once. It remembers the way.

Supernatural stories run on old rules and older debts: what silver does to a wolf, what a hex costs the witch who casts it, the name a ghost keeps repeating. LoreWeaver holds the rules on lore cards and the debts in memory, so a pact sealed under one full moon still binds you under the next.

The short answer

Which AI is best for vampire, witch, and ghost roleplay?

LoreWeaver is a good fit, because supernatural stories live or die by their rules. Lore cards hold what each creature can and can’t do and join the reply whenever that creature is named, while memories carry pacts, curses, and hauntings forward as the story runs. The Loom can track how close the town is to learning what you are, mature themes between adults are allowed, and it’s free to start with 25 premium replies a day.

Ghosts and witchcraft in the modern world.

This is how a supernatural story reads once it is under way: the storyteller plays the world and everyone in it, and the reply box waits for your move.

What supernatural stories need, and how to set them up.

How the Loom works
01

Lore cards

Every creature keeps its rules.

Write what each kind can and can’t do on its own lore card: the doorway a vampire waits at, the salt line a spirit won’t cross, the price a hex takes from its caster. The card joins the reply whenever that creature is named, and pinning it keeps it in view.

02

The Loom

Pass for human.

Hiding what you are among the living? The Suspicion Meter climbs when you lie, sneak, or get caught, eases when you explain or charm your way out, and at ninety your cover is blown: an accusation, an alarm, or a chase.

03

The Loom

A familiar has to trust you.

Companion Bond gives a familiar or a reluctant ally a loyalty meter that rises when you thank them, defend them, or confide in them. Earn enough of it and they prove it when it counts, with a sacrifice, a confession, or a stand at your side.

04

Memory

Old debts come due.

Memories hold the name you gave a spirit, the favor a vampire is owed, and the night the coven took you in, and recall searches them by meaning, wording, and weight. An old promise comes back at the moment it matters.

05

Characters

Centuries old, and still in voice.

Give your vampire a character card with their history and way of speaking, or bring one over as a Tavern card. The Stay In Character template locks the persona in place and, every eighth turn, reminds the storyteller to keep that voice.

06

For adults

Dark romance, at your pace.

Paranormal romance and mature themes between adult characters are allowed on adult accounts. The Heat / Chemistry Meter builds with every charged moment and cools whenever you ask to slow down, and your stories stay private unless you choose to publish.

Prompts for every genre
  1. 01

“You inherit your aunt’s apothecary and her familiar, a raven with opinions. On the first night it warns you that the customers who knock after midnight pay in secrets, never coin.”

  2. 02

“The vampire who turned you writes once a decade, always from a new city. This year’s letter is postmarked from your hometown and addressed to your sister.”

  3. 03

“You clean houses for a living, and you can see the dead. Most of them are polite. The one at the Harlow estate has started following you home, and he says your client killed him.”

  4. 04

“Your coven has one law: never hex a mortal. Tonight a detective knocks with a photograph of you taken in 1891, and she would like to know your secret.”

  5. 05

“The oldest family in town hosts a dinner once a century. You are the first guest in three hundred years who isn’t on the menu, and nobody will say why.”

  6. 06

“You hunt monsters for the church. The vampire you finally cornered claims sanctuary under the same law you swore to uphold, and the bishop is inclined to grant it.”

FAQ

Supernatural roleplay questions, answered.

01Can I play the vampire, or only hunt one?

Either. Play a vampire, a witch, a ghost, or the person hunting them. Put what you are in your character card or the world’s premise, and your kind’s rules on a lore card so the storyteller holds you to them.

02Will the AI keep my vampire rules consistent?

Write them down once. A lore card listing what your vampires fear, need, and cannot do joins the reply whenever one is named, and pinning it keeps it in view. If a reply still slips, regenerate it.

03Is paranormal romance allowed?

Yes, between adult characters on adult accounts. The community guidelines allow romance and sexual content, and their hard limits never bend: nothing involving minors or characters coded as minors, ever.

04Can I run occult investigations case by case?

Yes. The Loom’s Clue Tracker counts evidence toward five clues and closes the case when you have them, memories keep each case’s loose ends, and a lore card for your agency or coven keeps its rules straight.

05Is there a supernatural genre on the Hub?

Yes. Supernatural is one of the Hub’s 13 genres, and this page links straight to its shelf, where any world can be tried before you sign up.

06Can I try a supernatural story for free?

Yes. Any community world opens for 20 replies without an account. Make a free account to keep the story, with 25 premium replies a day.
