By accessing or using LoreWeaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all users of the service, including browsers, creators, and subscribers.

To use certain features of LoreWeaver, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create on LoreWeaver, including worlds, stories, characters, and lore entries. License to Us: By creating content on LoreWeaver, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. Published Content: When you publish content to the Hub, you grant other users a license to view and download your published worlds according to the sharing settings you select. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you create.

You agree not to use LoreWeaver to: • Create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Generate content depicting minors in sexual or violent situations • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

LoreWeaver uses artificial intelligence to generate story content. You understand and agree that: • AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing • AI outputs do not represent the views or opinions of LoreWeaver • We continuously work to improve AI safety, but no system is perfect You agree to use AI features responsibly and in accordance with our acceptable use policy.

Free Tier: LoreWeaver offers a free tier with limited features and usage. Pro Subscription: Our paid subscription provides additional features and unlimited usage. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay the applicable fees as described at time of purchase • Authorize recurring billing until you cancel • Provide accurate billing information Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The LoreWeaver service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LoreWeaver and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

LoreWeaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free • Results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the service will be corrected Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoreWeaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the service will immediately cease • You may request export of your data within 30 days • We may delete your content after 30 days All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of LoreWeaver after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
