LoreWeaver is an AI storytelling and roleplay platform for adults. You play stories in worlds with their own lore and history, and a storyteller plays out the scenes with you while memories, recaps, and lore cards keep long stories coherent.

Open any world in the Hub and press Play now; the first replies need no account. To make your own, build a world from a single premise, start a character for one-on-one roleplay, or import a character card.

In a world, the storyteller narrates the setting and plays everyone you meet. A character is a world built around one person for one-on-one roleplay, with the same lore, memory, and Loom underneath.

Any kind. The Hub sorts worlds into 13 genres, from fantasy, horror, and romance to mystery, sci-fi, and slice of life, and the storyteller follows the tone and point of view you set.

Yes. Press Play now on any published world and its opening is already waiting. Tap a suggested move or type your own, and a premium storyteller answers, for up to 20 replies. The story calls you Traveler until you change the name, and mature worlds ask you to confirm you are 18 or older first.

Create a free account in the same browser and the story moves into your library with every turn intact. If the guest replies ran out mid-scene, write your next move anyway: it waits while you sign up and sends itself once the story is yours.

A guest story stays tied to your browser. If you never sign up, it is deleted after 90 days without a visit.

Yes. The free plan includes unlimited replies from the free storyteller, 25 premium replies a day, up to 6,400 tokens of context, narration and voice calls, LoreMaps, and unlimited Loom threads, with no card required.

Your story carries on with the free storyteller, which writes more simply. Premium replies come back at midnight UTC.

Plus is $7.99 a month, Pro $14.99, Ultra $24.99, and Legendary $49.99. Paying yearly gives two months free, so Plus comes to $79.99 a year.

Plus brings 150 premium replies a day, 16,000 tokens of context, and Emergent Lore Detection. Pro brings 350 replies, 32,000 tokens, image generation, voice cloning, the adaptive soundtrack, and automatic scene illustrations. Ultra opens every storyteller with 750 replies and 64,000 tokens, and Legendary adds unlimited premium replies and 100,000 tokens.

Yes. Choose Manage Subscription in your account menu and cancel whenever you like. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and partial periods are not refunded.

There is no trial, because the free plan has no end date. Publishing your first world to the Hub while you are on the free plan also earns 3 days of Plus.

Every reply reads your world’s setting, the lore cards the scene calls up, a recap of the story so far, the most relevant memories, and the latest messages word for word. A new memory is written every four replies, so the record grows as you play.

It depends on the plan: up to 6,400 tokens of context per reply on Free, 16,000 on Plus, 32,000 on Pro, 64,000 on Ultra, and 100,000 on Legendary. LoreWeaver fills that room with what matters most to the moment.

Yes. Memories sit in the story sidebar, where you can edit or delete any of them, and the context inspector on the latest reply shows which lore cards, memories, and recap went into it.

Lore cards hold your world’s canon: characters, places, factions, items, events, or categories you invent. A card joins a reply when it is pinned or when its title or a tag comes up in the story.

The Loom is a no-code IF→THEN engine. Threads watch the story and, when their moment comes, direct the storyteller, change lore cards, track flags and counters, run quests and stat meters, or offer tappable choices. Threads are unlimited on every plan.

Yes. Undo the last exchange, rewind to an earlier reply, regenerate the latest reply and keep every version, or branch the story from any message into a new timeline.

Mature themes between adults are allowed, including violence, horror, and romance and sexual content between adult characters. Stories stay private unless you publish them, and published worlds are rated Everyone, Teen, or Mature.

Sexual content involving minors or minor-coded characters, real-world threats and terrorism, sexual deepfakes of real people, help with real crimes, and doxxing. These limits apply everywhere, private stories included, and breaking them ends an account for good.

Adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and guest play asks you to confirm the same before a story begins.

Creators rate each published world Everyone, Teen, or Mature. Mature worlds stay hidden in the Hub until you choose to see them, and every published world and comment has a report button.

Yes. Tavern character cards (PNG, JSON, or CHARX, in specs V1 to V3) import with their portrait, definition, greetings, and lorebook, free on every plan. The free character card viewer lets you look inside a card first.

Yes. On My Stuff, import Character.AI’s data download, or the characters and chats the CAI Tools browser extension saves. Each character becomes a character world, and each chat a session with every message in order.

Yes. AI Dungeon adventures arrive with their story cards and memories, NovelAI lorebooks and scenarios import on a best-effort basis, and SillyTavern World Info files load into any world’s Lore tab.

Yes. A world you created exports as a JSON file with its lore cards, Loom threads, and LoreMap, and any session exports as a Markdown transcript. Worlds downloaded from the Hub can’t be exported, to protect their creators.

Other players never see your stories. Worlds stay private unless you publish them, and even then only the world is shared: your sessions, memories, and personas are not.

Its Hub page shows the title, description, cover, tags, rating, and lore cards, and players who download it get their own copy. You can hide the premise, style rules, single lore cards, and Loom threads, and you can take the publication down at any time.

No. The Terms state that LoreWeaver does not use your private content to train or fine-tune AI models. Story text is processed by the AI services that write replies, as the privacy policy explains.

Yes. Delete worlds, sessions, personas, and images yourself at any time, and email hello@loreweaverai.com to have your account and its data deleted, as the privacy policy describes.

Yes. LoreWeaver runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets, and computers, with a layout made for each.

No download is needed. LoreWeaver is a web app, so you sign in from any browser and your stories are waiting.

Yes. Replies can be read aloud, and voice calls let you speak with a character and hear them answer, with captions. Free includes 10 voice-call minutes a month, higher plans include more, and Pro and up can clone a voice.
