But Captain Ilsa Rook isn’t here. The story said “the captain”... and that’s not her name, or one of her tags.

The fix is easy. Open her card in the Lore tab, and add the words people actually use as a tag.

Or pin her, so she’s always sent. Just keep pins for the few cards every scene needs.
