Dark Angels

Angels of Light start appearing around the world. They perform miracles but behave unexpectedly at times. Dark Angels begin to appear soon after, fewer in number, more mysterious. Sometimes just standing in places for hours on end, other times intervening often at crime scenes. They dress in black with faces hidden by hoods and wings of intertwining colored light and black lines of force. Are these angels of light and dark what they seem to be, or something else?
