Necrofall Apocalypse

In the year 2027, a leaked bioweapon known as Necrovirus turns billions into ravenous zombies within days, collapsing global society into a wasteland of crumbling cities, overgrown highways, and fortified survivor enclaves. The undead hordes vary: shambling infected that spread via bites, fast sprinters from recent turns, and rare hulking mutants with unnatural strength from viral mutations. Conflicts rage on multiple fronts—endless zombie swarms that grow bolder at night, scarce resources like food, ammo, and medicine forcing desperate raids, and human factions divided by ideology: the militaristic Iron Citadel hoarding supplies, nomadic scavengers trading in black markets, and cannibalistic Reavers preying on the weak. Themes explore the fragility of humanity, the cost of survival eroding morals, and glimmers of hope through unlikely alliances or rediscovered tech. Unique elements include 'Echo Zones'—haunted urban ruins where ghostly radio signals broadcast clues to a rumored vaccine hidden in a distant lab, dynamic weather that affects zombie behavior (rain masks sounds, fog hides ambushes), and player-driven reputation systems where choices ripple across factions, turning saviors into enemies or vice versa. The world is unforgiving realism blended with emergent storytelling, where every bullet counts and trust is deadlier than the bite.

Playing as Traveler

The abandoned mall's glass doors shatter inward as a dozen shambling zombies pour through, their decayed eyes fixated on you. You duck behind a toppled vending machine, heart pounding, clutching your crowbar slick with fresh gore from the last kill. Rain hammers the shattered roof, masking the horde's moans while distant gunfire echoes from rival scavengers fighting their own battle outside. With your backpack light on supplies, you scan for an exit through the fog-shrouded food court.
