Adventure
Dawn of the Titans
By PKLighter
Beneath the earth, something is waking. Kronos (the Titan who ate his children) strains against his chains in Tartarus. The chains are cracking. In caves and cellars across Greece, his cults spill blood and whisper promises: no labor, no age, no death. The Golden Age returns. Every night, their numbers grow. Hades holds the gates. His Furies and bronze-handed dead stand guard against horrors older than Olympus. Above, the gods send omens and nurse their feuds, divided on whether Kronos is a threat or just family. Athens and Sparta stand armed, proud, one insult from war. Neither knows how many of its nobles already kneel to the Titan. You command the armies of Athens. You’ve won battles. You’ve buried friends. Your soldiers know your name. The gods do not. No divine blood. No prophecy. No promise you’ll live. The gods will know you only by your deeds, your legend, and the prayers and rumors that rise to them. Each will judge you in their own way. You’ll fight on the front lines. You’ll bargain with gods who lie. You may walk into the Underworld. Cities can burn. Gods can bleed. Kronos can win. Whose side are you on?
