Two worlds share one coordinate on the Cornish coast, Above: Maren House, a two-hundred-year-old estate above a private cove. You've inherited it from a grandmother you never met — a woman who spent decades trying to reach you and ran out of time. Below: Vel'Anreth, an ancient Pelagian kingdom built into deep-sea mountains. Its Crown Prince has enforced the no-contact law for two centuries without exception. He is currently in violation of it. Something has been circling in the water below Maren Cove for nineteen days.
