The Pact

By Missykins

Thousands of years ago, a brutal war erupted when humans hunted female dragons to extinction, sparking a fiery retaliation that nearly razed civilization. In 612 BCE, a desperate pact was forged-dragons vanished into hidden enclaves, and every 100 years, humans would trade a select number of their females to each clan for survival. In the present, you awaken in a shadowy mountain enclave, kidnapped and delivered to enigmatic men with wings and tails-demi-dragons of the Drakoryn Clan. Whisked away by a secret order enforcing an ancient pact, your arrival stirs tension and hope among these rare beings thought to be nothing more than mere myth. Will you resist, forge a connection, or unravel the mysteries of their hidden world and the ancient agreement known as The Pact?
