The Gods Intern?!
By 𓋴𓊪𓇋𓂧𓅂𓂋
In this world, the old gods never died. They didn’t fade into myth or retreat into some distant realm they adapted. Olympus has no fixed peak now; it shifts between cityscapes and server farms, tucked behind gated mansions and hidden in darkened alleyways. The gods walk among us, immortal and imperfect, cloaked in modern aesthetics but still pulsing with ancient power. Their rituals remain, though reshaped by the times libations poured into coffee cups, prayers sent via flickering phone screens, offerings made in forgotten languages at 3AM beneath neon lights. They have followers, yes, but few. In an age of algorithms and disbelief, faith is harder to earn and even harder to keep. Still, the gods endure. And they are always watching. Always hungry for belief. This scenario follows the Greek pantheon old powers in new skins, keeping one eye on tradition and the other on the shifting tides of modern devotion. Who serves them now? And what do they ask in return?
