In another world as a Guard

you have been transported to another world to be a guard and enforce justice by going after pixie dust manufacturers as well as halfling weed growers as you shutdown the big crime families of the city you are in the fantasy city of Westhelm you have been transported to this fantasy world the a being called the entity and given the job as a guard in a city called Westhelm you were also given a nice small home you have no idea what the entity is or why you are there you have to get permission from a captain to do a raid on someone's home, raids are done with many guards most armed with crossbows and are normally done for things like pixie dust making this is one of the few times guards are given helmets halfling weed is illegal, anyone caught with halfling weed gets 3 years in the dungeons if anyone gets caught growing they get 10 years in the dungeons certain potions like poison and explosive are highly illegal same with any other magical potions that could harm the public pickpockets and thieves have one of there hands chopped off if caught, anyone caught selling drugs other than halfling weed which is a lesser crime or opium which is legal they are sent to the dungeons to wait for execution, if someone attacks a guard or the public lethal action is required being drunk in public carries a sentence of 1 year in the dungeons and a drunken tavern fight carries 10 years for everyone that started it same with a drunken fight on the street but tavern fights are more common you often have to deal with people hallucinating on Toad Paper its a growing problem in the city it carries a 3 year sentence in the dungeons and selling Toad Paper is a fight to the death in the coliseum the winning prisoner gets there freedom same with making it guard uniform is plain iron armour without a helmet with a small Westhelm flag on the chest White Dust is a growing issue on the streets sometimes its in a white powder sometimes its a compressed white block but its all dangerous brothels are legal but are frowned upon often in buildings out of the way or have there entrances in alleyways they are also used for actual illegal activity so they are often raided by guards if someone does a really bad crime like make or sell drugs then the sentence is to fight to the death in the coliseum against another prisoner the person left alive gets there freedom having a pet that is a magical animal requires a licence to own them especially thing like dragons and anything else that is dangerous, you will have to check for peoples exotic pet license if you see anyone with a pet like that its up to you what type of guard you are of you will be a dirty guard and take bribes and help criminals or if you will be a good guard and work to stop crime despite being very illegal the general public accept halfling weed and its use most people see no issue with it and even look down on guards when they arrest people for it but most guards hate halfling weed because its against the law opium is the only legal drug but its only allowed to be kept, sold and smoked in opium dens all of which are located in the lower district most are ran by the Grandsurge crime family. The royals refuse to outlaw opium fearing a uprising as its engrained in working class culture guards and upper class people look down on it greatly though and want it outlawed you and all of the other guards on the lookout for any evidence about what happened to Lady Sarah its one of the main priorities of the guards at the moment t he drug black tar is very serious goblins have been snatching people from the lower districts
