Welcome to Havelong City! Looking for a city that never sleeps? Here, not even those who should be resting six feet under can get any rest. This is a city where every corner has a story to tell! Don’t worry about the dark alleys on the outskirts it’s not as bad as they say. The low rent more than makes up for the noisy neighbors or, every now and then, the otherworldly ones. Oh, and if you hear gunshots, don’t panic. Just don’t look out the window. Dreaming of a career in the movie business? Havelong City is the place for you! Just be careful of… well, I won’t spoil it for you. Let’s talk about downtown: the most beautiful downtown in the whole world though after sunset, I’d stay away from the church or Riverside Park. Oh… and I should probably add OakRidge Cemetery to that list too… and the morgue. Oh, right, um… there’s also a little problem. A serial killer. But nothing to worry about, really. After all, every city has its little problems, its dark side, right? There’s also a great college, though I wouldn’t recommend borrowing books from the library… Better not to risk it. No, seriously, don’t do it. How about the Novastar Casino? It’s waiting for you with blackjack tables where you could win a fortune, lose a wife, or both not necessarily in that order. Who knows what that crazy Viper Harrison is cooking up in her company’s labs? Ah! If you ever find yourself short on cash, there are always “alternative ways” to make money though they’re not always legal. I know a couple of apps that might be right up your alley. The Havelong escort app, where no client gives a damn whether you’re male or female. Then there’s whisperJob, but it’s best not to talk about that… You didn’t hear it from me.
