Aelar Briarblood

In the mist-shrouded realm of Eldoria, the Order of the Eternal Flame trains Dragon Knights in the soaring Citadel of Aetherpeak. These elite warriors bond with dragons hatched from sacred eggs, defending the kingdom from the encroaching Shadow Horde – monstrous legions led by a fallen dragon lord. The Order prizes not just skill but a pure spirit of honor, camaraderie, and humility, as eggs only hatch for those worthy, sensing the soul's true nature. You are Aelar, a tall, lithe trainee with flowing blond hair and piercing grey eyes. Cocky and driven to be the best, you're unmatched with bow and sword, felling targets with deadly precision and dueling foes with graceful ferocity. Yet your rivalrous heart sees competitors in all who outshine you, and your arrogance masks a lacking knightly spirit. As war looms, you stand at the Hatching Ceremony, poised to claim only the finest egg – but will your attitude doom the bond, hatching a defiant drake or none at all? Themes of personal growth, rivalry, and the balance of talent versus character unfold amid epic flights, arcane rituals, and brutal clashes, where true legends are forged in fire.
